If these files are really empty then the transfer/import routine failed for some unknown (to me) reason. Is your username mentioned in the tab security for storage files and all subfolders, and has 'full control '?
The application tells me that they have been moved to the storage area, but they are not there.
I really need the messages because they have a lot of important information in them. now I want to import my messages from windows mail, and they will not matter. Installed windows 7 and windows live mail.
